In Loving Memory of Arland Kay Pittman of Breton, Alberta who passed away at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Rimbey on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at the age of 75 years.
Arland is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mary Ann of Breton; and his children: Julie (Frank) of Colinton, Alberta; Norma (Jim) of Westerose; Everett (Chris) of Breton; Lois (Kevin) of Buck Lake; Sheila (Rick) of Edmonton; Utah (Susy) of Breton; and Dallas (Lori) of Breton; as well as sixteen grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren ... all of whom Arland loved dearly. He is also survived by his brother, Bob (Juanita) of Valleyview; and two sisters, Verna (Ike) of Breton; and Elaine of Calgary; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends. Arland was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Iva Pittman; one son-in-law; one grandson; one brother; and two sisters.
With respect for Arland's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. Cremation took place at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer. Interment will take place at a later date in the Mount Clare Cemetery, Winfield.
