JORGENSEN
Mr. Carl Jorgensen of Rimbey, Alberta passed away at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Rimbey on Monday, November 28, 2011 at the age of 89 years.
Carl will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his beloved wife of 63 years, Gladys; his three sons, Randy (Helen), David, and Ed (Shirley Bergman), all of Bluffton; as well as five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He will also be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by two sisters, Daisy Dalgarno of Calgary; and Rosie Forseth of Penticton, B.C.; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews. Carl was pre-deceased by one daughter in infancy; three brothers; and three sisters.
A Public Memorial Service in Celebration of Carl's Life was held at the Liberty Hall on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Mr. John Crandall, Master of Ceremonies. Cremation took place at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer. Interment will take place at a later date in the Forest Home Cemetery, Ponoka.
