STEIGER
Mr. Emil John Steiger of Bluffton Alberta passed away in the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre on Friday September 5, 2014 at the age of 79 years.
Emil will be remembered by his wife Vi; son Merl (Margaret); grandchildren Crystal (Rickie), Carl, Carolyn, Nicole (Shawn), and Leanne (Dave); great grandchildren Clint, Trevor, Kendal, Frances, Abigail, Emilia, Josie, Zane, and Samuel; and numerous relatives and friends.
Emil was predeceased by his parents, John and Maria; two brothers, Art and Emil's twin Oscar; two sisters, Alvina and Irene; and daughter Vicky.
Funeral services were held from the Hoadley Community Hall on Tuesday September 9, 2014 at 2:00 PM with Reverend Deborah Laing officiating. Interment followed in the Hoadley Cemetery.
