Mr. Malcolm “Butch” R. Bartholow of Rimbey, Alberta passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2008 at the age of 53 years.
Malcolm was born in Mayerthorpe, Alberta, and was raised and obtained most of his schooling in Millet and Wetaskiwin. Later, he lived in the Thorsby and Lac La Biche areas before moving to Rimbey in 2003.
Malcolm is survived by his loving mother, Betty Bartholow; his brother, Ron (Deanna) Bartholow; his sisters, Irene (Earl) Betker; Linda (Wes) Erick; and Brenda (Robert) Brzak; and his special friend, Dorothy Fald. Malcolm was predeceased by his father, Robert in 1992.
With respect for Malcolm’s wishes, no formal funeral service will take place. Cremation took place in Red Deer, Alberta. A Private Family Memorial Service will take place at a later date. Condolences to the Family may also be expressed by e-mail to: special_reflections@telusplanet.net
