MOLYNEAUX
Margaret Florence Molyneaux passed away quietly in her sleep on Tuesday January 11 at the age of 83.
Margaret grew up in the Yeoford area, worked most of her life in Ponoka and retired with her husband Thomas (Tom) John Molyneaux (predeceased) to a lake side home they built themselves in Sunnyside, Alberta. She enjoyed gardening, walks along the lake, small town country music concerts as well as the company of family and friends. She also believed in giving, with over 200 blood donations as well as being a dedicated Terry Fox Run canvasser/donator and she participated in the annual walk up until she was unable.
Margaret will be deeply missed by her children and their families; Ralph (Gail Seemann) Molyneaux of Stony Plain, Connie (Bob) Adcock of Ponoka, Owen Molyneaux of Wetaskwin, Kevin Molyneaux of Sunnyside and Lori (Terry) Frostadof Leduc, including 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Margaret will also be deeply missed by her sister, Myrtle (Ken-predeceased) Schmidt of Wetaskwin and brother, Albert (Dorothy)Murfitt of Yeoford, Alberta. Margaret was also predeceased by her parents, Mirton and Minnie Murfitt and her sister, Mary (Jack-predeceased) Phippen. Margaret was predeceased by three infant children; Lyle, Elizabeth and Donnie.
Funeral Services will be held from Wilson's Funeral Chapel in Rimbey, Alberta on Tuesday January 24, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Interment to follow in the West Haven Cemetery in Rimbey, Alberta.
