Valerie "Val" M. Neuls of Rimbey, Alberta passed away after a lengthy illness at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Rimbey on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at the age of 62 years.
Val was well-known in the community as she owned the Rimbey Barber Shop. In spite of her failing health, she showed up for work with a positive attitude and a smile for everyone. She had a compassionate heart for her many senior friends.Val will be missed by her loving partner, Richard; and her two sisters, Cheryl (Terry) Markovich and family; and Denise (Lanny) Dubielew and family. Her six nieces will treasure their memories of a very special Auntie Val. Val was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Marge Strain; her husband, Howard Neuls; and a nephew, Jolby Dubielew.
A Public Memorial Service in Celebration of Val's Life will be held at the Rimbey United Church, Rimbey on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. There will also be a Private Family Gathering in Val's Memory that will take place at a later date.
