A small school with a big heart

Buck Mountain Central School students

Buck Mountain Central School has really got into the spirit of giving this Christmas.

While this is a small school, the students and staff put their hearts into this project and collected an amazing 2,217 pounds of food and gifts for Santa’s Anonymous.

Students first worked hard to build a huge collection box, and then they got to work and week-by-week, they filled it with items and heart.

The charitable donations will be given to local families who may be in need this Christmas season.

It is great to see such dedication to the community.
