June blood clinic slow

The count from the June blood donor clinic was lower than usual. They collected only 79 units including nine referrals, four-first time donors and 22 walk-ins however there were 32 no-shows – so it could have been much better.

The count from the June blood donor clinic was lower than usual. They collected only 79 units including nine referrals, four-first time donors and 22 walk-ins however there were 32 no-shows – so it could have been much better.

The donor prize was donated by Shannon’s UFA and was won by Larry Trautman – congratulations and thanks to Shannon.

Thanks also to all who donated and thanks to volunteers Carole Hoffman, Bea Jamieson, Bill Gertsma, and Lions Paddi McGeachy, Penny Waldran, Ray Durand and Alice and Howard Steele.
