Another year has begun for our 4-H members. We had our first general meeting on Thursday, Sept. 24 at the Super 8 Hotel, which has kindly given us space to hold our meetings.
This year we have 19 members. We had our elections during that evening including: president – Cassidy Valstar, vice-president Amy Trenson, secretary – Leanne Buist and treasurer Erica Trenson.
Our general leader is Alice Stewart with Teri Ormberg and Mariann Valstar as assistant leaders. Our beef leaders are John and Holly Trenson and Ken Buist; and our craft leaders are Debbie Koenig and Alice Stewart.
On Sunday, Oct 18, we had our weigh-in at the Rimbey Auction Mart, concluding with a meeting at the Super 8 Hotel.
