On March 2, the Winfield and District 4-H Beef Club hosted Zone Public speaking with the following clubs in attendance: Bluffton 4-H Beef and Sheep Club, Winfield 4-H Beef Club and the Winfield 4-H Gait Riders Club.

The regular Bentley town council meeting on February 26 was shorter than usual. The main highlight was a delegation from a developer offering information about a conceptual development plan to the north of Bentley on Gull Lake.
