The newest cookbook features more color photography than ever before and more than 100 new recipes.
All recipes were developed, tested and written by a team of professionals, led by chef and food educator Sabrina del Ben, who is the Calgary-based supervisor of culinary programs for ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen.
Del Ben is Red Seal chef who has worked in hotels and restaurants throughout the province. She also has a bachelor of arts and a bachelor of education degree and has taught in High Prairie and for the Calgary Board of Education.
Most recently she was an instructor at SAIT in the professional cooking program.
Working with ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen and teaching learning centre programs to adults and children allows her to share the mysteries of food with all participants.
She is excited about the new cookbook, which she says is geared toward good, healthy eating for Albertans.
