Weekly Rimbey RCMP report

Officers responded to 36 calls for service between Feb. 26 and March 6.

From Feb. 26 to March 6, officers with the Rimbey RCMP responded to 36 calls for service.

On the roadways, officers responded to 10 traffic violations and three animal calls.

In criminal-code matters, officers responded to two mischief calls, one break and enter, one arson and one assault.

For general policing matters not falling under traffic or criminal code, officers responded to five suspicious persons or vehicles, three calls assisting the general public, two lost and found property, two information file calls, one call assisting the Canadian Federal Department/Agency, one municipal bylaw call, one false alarm, one mental health related call, one well-being check and one sudden death.
