An acknowledgment is in order to members of Bentley’s Blindman Valley Agricultural Centre committee up to January, 2011.
Thank you for your valued efforts, time and commitment to the ag centre.
Thank you to Betty Knull, Leslie Garries, Paul Norvila, Chloe Ree, Bill Garries, Bud Knull and Russ Buit.
Some members have served on this committee since its beginning in February 1998 when a group got together to explore the feasibility of constructing a new multi-purpose community hall for Bentley. A volunteer committee was formed at that time and was in charge of investigating, planning, fundraising, construction and ongoing operations until recently.
We would also acknowledge various other volunteers from the community who were past members of this committee, and members of the community at large for their financial support, and volunteer time and efforts in the building and operation of the facility.
