The Rimbey Volunteer Week Committee will be out in full force this week to hang up Champion Cups in storefront windows. These cups will display the names of our local volunteers.
On April 19, we will celebrate the thousands of hours of work that is performed by volunteers every year at the annual Volunteer Appreciation Evening. This celebration will be held at the Rimbey Community Centre with the doors opening at 5 p.m. and a light supper served at 6 p.m. The evening will be capped off with some great local entertainment.
We hope to see Rimbey’s many volunteers out to commemorate their achievements over the past year!
