Grieving pet owner seeks answers in death of family dog

Dear Editor,

On Nov. 10 at approximately 6:00 p.m., someone hit and killed my two month-old puppy in Bluffton.

After letting her out for a brief moment, I was devastated to find her lying under the streetlight. She had been struck by a vehicle.

We all know the risks of our pets being out for those brief moments, but if you hit a puppy, please find it in your heart to take a second and stop and try to help or at least, find the owner.

She was a best friend and a big part of a lot of people’s lives. Please, whoever did this, or anyone who knows anything about this please find it in your heart to contact me at 403-963-0769 or at 403-843-0073.

Thank you.
