I just read your editorial in this week’s paper, and was very impressed! You very clearly expressed the current political situation, and in my view, fairly and accurately! Thank goodness you are not only concerned about your own popularity, (since we realize the comments you expressed would undoubtedly not promote this!)
I would not at all mind that you publish my comments, however, I have learned over the years of living in this area and conducting a small business that I must be somewhat discreet regarding my personal political views. Hence I would hesitate disclosing my name, which I’m sure you understand. I just so admire people like you!
Thank you again for being so forthright, up-front and honest in your assessments. You are brave to be so honest and I truly appreciate that fact. I am, from this point, very much an admirer of your opinions and will, hopefully, diligently, read all your future editorials!
