Running for: Bentley Town Councillor
My name is Dale Grimsdale. I moved to Bentley 13 years ago, as it’s my wife’s hometown and she was born and raised here. I have been married for almost 14 years and have 2 children. I have been in outside sales for ongoing 10 years in Central Alberta. I am a community minded individual who loves this town and wants to see it continue to be the Model Town.
Why are you running for council?
I am running for council because I want to give back to the amazing community I live in. I’d like the chance to ensure our young families have the resources they need, our Seniors are taken care of and our businesses continue to thrive.
Describe your platform and what you will focus on as a municipal councilor:
My platform is to use my skill set to meet with other thriving Municipalities to find out what they did to find success and bring some of those ideas forward along with my own to better our community. I would love to see more programs or projects that would enrich our citizens and look into different avenues to get these projects without raising current taxes.
