Rimbey, Alberta – Following several different investigations which began in June and ended in September, Rimbey RCMP have laid charges and cleared these investigations.
28-year-old Todd Orrin Adams is currently in custody following his arrest by Rimbey RCMP on September 16.
On June 23, a break and enter to a cabin was reported. Adams is facing charges of Possession of break-in instruments, enter on land without permission (Petty Trespass Act) and fail to appear in relation to this occurrence.
On September 15, 2017 a compound in Rimbey was broken into. Adams is facing charges of Break and Enter with intent to commit theft.
Following incidents on August 12, August 18 and September 12, 2017 where he fled from police, Adams is further being charged with three counts of operation of a motor vehicle while being pursued by police.
Todd Adams is scheduled to appear in court on October 6.
