Rimbey town council held its organizational meeting last Monday with the mayor and councillors elected to the following boards and committees:

Mayor Rick Pankiw

Bylaw and policy committee, cemetery committee, chamber of commerce, interagency committee and Rimoka Foundation Board.

Coun. Brian Godlonton:

Disaster Services, Fire Commission, Interagency Committee, Wellness Committee and West Central Planning Agency.

Coun. Jack Webb:

Bylaw and Policy Committee, CAEP Board, Cemetery Committee, FCSS Board and Historical Society board.

Coun. Matthew Jaycox:

Bylaw and Policy Committee, CAEP Board, Disaster Services Committee, Rimoka Foundation Board and West Central Planning Agency.

Coun. Paul Payson:

Blindman Youth Action Society, Disaster Services Committee, Library Board and Neighborhood Place.

As mayor Rick Pankiw is ex officio to all committees.

CAO Lucien Cloutier:

Disaster services committee, Fire Commission, FOIP Coordinator, Library Board and West Central Planning Agency.

Citizens at large who are on the subdivision and development appeal board are Rhonda Tarney, Rob Rondeel, Bob Johnston, Tim Buist and Kathy Pfau.
