On Nov. 3 at approximately 3:40 a.m. the Breton RCMP responded to a house fire on a rural acreage near Buck Creek, Alberta. The Drayton Valley/Brazeau Fire Department was on scene with crews responding from both Breton and Drayton Valley.
A deceased person was located in the residence which was destroyed by the fire. The identity of the deceased is not being released at this time and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
