RCMP closed Highway 2A south of Lacombe Sunday evening following a fire-arms related complaint.
Just after 6 p.m. on Sunday, RCMP began diverting traffic south of Lacombe (near Range Road 270A).
Lacombe Police Service is assisting.
Highway 2A is currently blocked in and out and QEII Highway is being used as an alternate route.
