Only a handful of people showed up for a town hall community conversation with representatives from Rimbey Victim Services, Rimbey RCMP and Rimey and District COP, Rural Crime Watch, Gull Lake COP and Kyle Friesen, Lacombe County Peace Office.

Kristine Stebanuk, program manager for Rimbey Victim Services said attendance had been poor at the meeting held Tuesday night as well which was What Happens When Youth Press Send.

The meeting Wednesday provided nuggets of useful information about crime prevention as well as facts regarding crime.

Unfortunately most of the those in attendance were presenters from various groups.

The presentations held in Rimbey this week were set up to provide information and clarity to the public regarding crime.
