5:02 p.m. - Members received a 9-1-1 complaint of two youths doing drugs in the Bentley area. Patrols were made but the suspects were not located.
March 1
4:53 p.m. - RCMP received a report of vandalism to a vehicle which had been parked behind a shop in the industrial area of Bentley. A report was completed, but the vehicle had already been moved, therefore no evidence was retrieved. Patrols in the area will be increased.
9:53 p.m. - Members received a complaint about a subject at a rural residence who was high on drugs and causing a disturbance. While the complainant was on the phone with police, the suspect drove away in a vehicle. Members intercepted the vehicle on Rainy Creek Road and attempted a traffic stop but the suspect failed to stop. A pursuit was initiated, the spike belt was deployed successfully and the vehicle was stopped. The subject was arrested and charged with several offences under the Criminal Code.
