A new doctor will be starting at the Rimbey Medical Clinic come February. Dr. Jude Unuafe is relocating from South Africa with his wife and two children.
Originally from Nigeria, Unuafe graduated from medical school in 2008 and has practiced family medicine in both Nigeria and South Africa.
He will be accepting new patients, and people are asked to call the clinic to add their name to the waitlist.
“We’re trying to get through the waitlist as fast as we can. We had a new doctor that started in October also, so we’ve been working off the waitlist since then and they can only see so many people in a day,” said Clinic Manager at the clinic Shirley Knauft.
