Rimbey RCMP responds to 61 calls for service

Files include: one assault investigation, one assault causing bodily harm file, one theft of vehicle

In the last week, Rimbey RCMP responded to 61 calls for service. These files include, but are not limited to: two break and enter reports, one assault investigation, one assault causing bodily harm file, one theft of vehicle, and seven other theft related occurrences.

On June 14th, 2020 officers responded to a dispatch of a break and enter. The residence located on Township Road 442 had been broken into sometime between May 1st and June 14th. Items stolen from the residence include firearms, a television, a fireplace, and tools.

On June 15th, 2020 a report of a stolen vehicle was received. The victim advises that keys for their 2018 Black GMC Terrain were taken from the garage and the SUV which was parked outside was stolen. The vehicle has not yet been recovered.
