Officers in the Rimbey RCMP detachment had a somewhat lighter week, responding to 25 calls for service between Dec. 2 and Dec. 8.
Of those calls, roads and highways kept them busiest, responding to six collisions, three animal-involved collisions and two suspicious vehicle complaints. No traffic tickets or impaired driving sanctions were reported during this period.
In criminal-code matters, officers responded to three complaints of break-and-enter, two complaints of mischief, one complaint of theft and one assault.
For general policing matters not falling under traffic or criminal code, officers handled one animal complaint and dealt with one lost-and-found item.
