Residents will be able to provide their input on the Rimbey RCMP’s annual policing priorities during a town hall meeting.

RCMP will be hosting an interactive town hall on March 30. Residents will be able to meet Sgt. Pierre St-Cyr and Cpl. Matthew Funk of the Rimbey RCMP management team and learn about the Rimbey RCMP Policing Advisory Committee and its role.

Officers on hand will discuss crime reduction initiatives and statistics for the Rimbey area from 2021 and collect input on the Rimbey RCMP’s annual policing priorities for 2022-2023.

Members of the public that are interested in the recruiting process to become an RCMP member are encouraged to come out as well.

The town hall meeting will be on March 30 at 6 p.m. at the Rimbey Community Centre.
