Weekly Rimbey RCMP report

Officers with the Rimbey RCMP responded to 51 calls for service between Nov. 8 to Nov. 15.

On the roadways, officers responded to one traffic collision, four animal-involved traffic collisions, one taking motor vehicle without consent, one abandoned vehicle, one impaired and seven traffic violations.

In criminal-code matters, officers responded to one trafficking, one emergency protection order, four thefts, one assault, eight break-and-enters, one family law act, one possession of stolen property, one trespass act, one firearms act, one 911 act, one breach of peace and one flight from a peace officer.

For matters routine to policing, but not falling under Traffic or Criminal Code, officers responded to two animal calls, one mental health check, three lost/found items, two well-being checks, two false alarms, one sudden death, one mischief, one assist public, and one assist to other agency.
