Ann Lien of Rimbey, Alberta passed away at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at the age of 78 years.
Ann will always be remembered and greatly missed by her loving family: her two daughters, Angela Fawcett (Randall Simonson) of Red Deer; and Liza Fawcett of Rimbey; as well as twelve cherished grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
She will also be lovingly remembered by her brother, Matt (Lorna) Hayes of Ontario; two sisters, Blanche Stevens of Red Deer; and Patsy Pankhurst also of Ontario; and her very special friends: Linda, Dave, and Keith Kenney; and Allan Nadeau, all of Rimbey; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews, and many other family members and close friends.
Ann was predeceased by her parents, Lillian and Wilfred Hayes; her beloved husband, Ralph in 2006; her daughter, Melanie Fawcett in 2018; and seven brothers and five sisters.
With respect for Ann's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held.
