Darlena Joy Goble was born on December 7, 1948 in Lethbridge, Alberta and passed away on November 19, 2009 in Rimbey, Alberta at the age of 60 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Rose (Garnet) Powers and children; Mark and Sarah; Rhonda (Casey) Glenn and children; Kenny, Tim and Melisa; Clint Bougerolle and friend Amanda; brother Marty (Sandy) Goble, sisters, Joan (Gordon) Telford and Lynne (James) Bruder; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. A Service of Remembrance to celebrate Darlena’s life was held at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Ponoka on Monday, November 23, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend David Schumacher officiating. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation - Alberta Chapter.
