On December 31, 2010 Darlene Senio of Leduc, Alberta passed away at the age of 67 years after celebrating one last Christmas with her family. A warm, kind lady with a generous heart and unending love for her family, Darlene will be forever remembered by her daughters Laurie Allen and Cindy Assen; their husbands Darren Allen and Steven Assen; her grandchildren Rebecca, Brianna and Kristina Allen and Hope, Ernie and Faith Assen; sister Gayleen (Carl) Wine; and mother-in-law Sadie Senio. Wonderful memories of Darlene will also be cherished by her brother-in-law Allan (Barb) Senio, sister-in-law Elizabeth (Alec) Bilesky, her nieces and nephews, their spouses and children, as well as her far-reaching circle of family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Ernie, her parents Dennis and Helen Bruce and her father-in-law Steve Senio. Prayers took place on January 7, 2011 at 7 pm at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, 5105-45A Street, Leduc, Alberta. A celebration of Darlene's life and a Mass of Christian Burial was held on January 8, 2011 at 11 am at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church with Father Leo Hofmann and Father Michael Mireau officiating.
