Darrell Walter "Buck"
On July 25, 2010 Mr. Darrell Hammond of Alder Flats passed away at the age of 74 years. He is survived by his three children, Randy (Donna) of Ponoka, Rick (Maureen) of Alder Flats, Candee (Wilf) Foster of Alder Flats; five grandchildren, Pamela Foster (Mike Garth), Angela (Chris) Gillespie, Bradley (Danielle) Foster, Nicole Hammond (David Reynolds), Michelle Hammond; one great granddaughter, Taylor Foster; sister, Jose Anderson of Wetaskiwin; brother, Jim (Sherry) Hammond of Alder Flats; sister-in-law, Esther; two brothers-in-law, Herman, Joe; Darrell was predeceased by his parents, Clyde and Blanche Hammond, as well as five siblings, Lola Preeper, Don Hammond, Dale Hammond, Marie Vass, Pat Hammond. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the Legion Hall in Alder Flats. If friends so desire, donations may be made to Breton Long Term Care as expressions of sympathy.
