CLARKSON, Delina Exilda
On October 8, 2009 Delina Clarkson of Winfield, Alberta passed away at the age of 82 years.
Delina is survived by her loving family; children, Ronald (Mitzi) Callihoo, Carol (John) MacDonald, Gail (Tony) Stoklosa, Garry (Gloria) Callihoo, Lorraine (Dave) Neale, Mervin (Shirley) Clarkson, Peter (Sue) Clarkson, Pat (Byron) Kyle and Barry (Rita) Clarkson; 24 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; siblings, Leona (Micky) Callihoo, Cyril (Karen) Gravel, Eva (Dennis) Edwards, Louise (Jim) Keates, Linda (Laurier) Fornier and Roy Gravel; uncle, Ernest (Grace) Frenche as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
Delina was predeceased by her parents, Yvonne and John Gravel, Leo and Val Gravel; siblings, Anna Gravel, Rosa Gravel, Alfred Gravel and Ann Gravel; husband, Ernest Callihoo (1951), second husband, James Clarkson (1992) and grandson, Courtney Clarkson.
Memorial service for Delina was held at the Winfield Rec Centre on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Dan Olson officiating. Cremation has taken place and interment of Urn will be held at the Mount Clare Cemetery at a later date.
