Delores Jean, of Rimbey, Alberta passed away early Tuesday morning after a long battle with cancer. Mrs. Neufeld had a very happy life; she lived for her children and grandchildren, and clung tightly to her Savior Jesus Christ. Her memories will remain alive always in the lives of those she touched. Delores will be sadly missed by her husband Dan of Rimbey, Alberta; children, Allen (Cathy) of Olds, Alberta, Melodie (Bob) of Rimbey, Alberta, Carolyn (Randy) of Ponoka, Alberta, Ralph (Sharon) of Winnipeg, Manitoba and Mary (Ivan) of Drayton Valley, Alberta. She also leaves behind her treasured grandchildren and their families; Mitchell, Michael, Andrea, Jason, Nathan, Nicole, Brittany, Dylan and Dustin, and six very beautiful great grandchildren. Delores believed that life should be lived with a smile on your face and a pleasant happy attitude, always finding the good in others and being a good example to those around you. A Funeral Service was held at the Hoadley Evangelical Missionary Church, Hoadley, Alberta on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at 11:00 am.
