Mrs. Dianne Vay DuGray of Rimbey, Alberta passed away peacefully at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Rimbey on Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at the age of 49 years. Dianne was born on July 13, 1955 in Calgary, Alberta, and moved with her family back to Bluffton in 1959. She started her education in Rimbey, where she attended school for three years before completing the next six years at the Bluffton School. Dianne completed her high school education back in Rimbey. She then went on to attend Reeves Business College in Red Deer, and upon her graduation she was employed at Red Deer Toyota. Dianne then returned to Rimbey to work at Parkland Savings and Credit Union, Dianne enjoyed working with the staff and customers, many who are still good friends today. Dianne met Garnet DuGray in 1983, and they were united in marriage in 1985 in Rimbey, where they have resided. “Dianne enjoyed life to the fullest with her family and friends, and she will forever remain in the hearts of many.” Dianne will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Garnet; her parents, Jack and Maggie Mayner of Rimbey; and her mother-in-law, Gladys DuGray of Calgary. She will also be lovingly remembered by one brother, Rodney (Ann) Mayner of Bluffton; two sisters, Jackie (Steve) Kozak of Forshee; and Cindy (Guy) Beaulieu of Rimbey; and one brother-in-law, Dale DuGray of Calgary; as well as many nieces and nephews. Memorial Services in Celebration of Dianne’s Life were held at the Rimbey Community Centre, Rimbey on Monday, March 14, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. with Mrs. Shealagh McClelland, D.M. officiating. Cremation took place in Red Deer, Alberta.
