Donna Gittins

In loving memory ~
Donna Gittins, 83 years old, passed away peacefully December 2, 2022, at the Bentley Care Centre. Bentley, Alberta.
Donna was born and raised in Bentley, the 4th born child of Orion and Margaret Pike. She was predeceased by the love of her life Richard Anthony Gittins in 2006. Donna enjoyed travelling with her husband and made several bus trips throughout Canada. She was an avid WWF Pro Wrestling fan and faithfully watched it on T.V. Donna also enjoyed fishing, camping in the summer, and watching curling during the winter. She cared deeply about her Family, being a special Aunty to many, devoted sister, and involved in her community.
Donna will be deeply missed by her nephews and nieces, Orion and Kathy Pike, children Luke, Jake, and Ava of Bentley; Tammy Metro and Dave Hofer, son Chase Metro-Hofer of Bentley; and Brenda Gittins and son Nathan Lidstone of Rimbey. She also leaves to mourn her loss, siblings, Darlene Metro of Bentley, Doreen (Everal) Neumeier of Bentley and Diane Hansen of Rimbey.
A Private Graveside Service was held at the Bentley Cemetery and a Memorial Come and Go Lunch Honoring Donna's Life at the Bentley Senior's Drop In Centre on Sunday, December 11. If desired Memorial donations in Donna's Memory can be made to the Bentley Care Centre, the Alzheimer's Association or The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
