The family is saddened to announce that Doug passed away suddenly, but very peacefully, with family by his side at Red Deer Hospital.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Trevor (Jen) Pizzey and their children Shania & Tylor, Jason (Lenore) Pizzey and their children Lauren & Jennifer; sister Heather (Miles) Tomaszeski and their children Craig & Tanner; nephews Alex & Austin Clark, Greg (Brianna) Clark, nieces Tanya Clark and Stephanie (Ryley) Hickey, as well as numerous extended family and many, many close friends.
Predeceased by his wife Linda, parents Jim & Wahnita, brothers Jimmy, Paul (Evelyn) and nephew Tyler.
A Memorial Celebration will be held to Honour Doug Clark, formerly of Sylvan Lake, Warburg, and home town Winfield, will be held at the Hoadley Community Hall, July 23, at 11 AM. All family and friends welcomed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Doug's name to a charity of your choice.
