Ethel Lillian
Mrs. Ethel Alcock (nee Budd) passed away peacefully on December 29, 2010 at the age of 94 years. Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Vern (Norma), Fred (Audrey); five grandchildren, Jennifer, Andrew, Jon, David and Lindsay and seven great grandchildren. Ethel was predeceased by her husband, Harold F. Alcock in 1997. Ethel was born on January 28, 1916 in Iola, Alberta. She resided in the Rimbey area for many years before moving to Red Deer and finally Olds. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Olds Hospital Continuing Care. Burial took place at the Alto-Reste Cemetery, Red Deer on January 5, 2011. Memorial tributes may be made directly to Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation.
