McVITTIE
Eveline Angelus (Morton) McVittie
September 16, 1928 - May 1, 2011
Eveline was born September 16, 1928 in Stettler, Alberta. She married Frederick McVittie November 19, 1945 in Lacombe, Alberta. Together they started a farm and a family in the Bluffton district. They had six children: Robert McVittie, Shirley (Art) Gordon, Fredrick (Donna) McVittie, Sheila (Dale) Apostal, Allan McVittie and Ann Hanson. Eveline was blessed with a large family whom all loved her dearly, including thirteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Fred (Dec. 1998), two sons Robert (Sept. 2002) and Allan (Nov. 1992), and one grandson Robert (May 2010).
She will be dearly missed and never forgotten. We will await the day that we get to see her again.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 6, 2011 at Lacombe First Baptist Church. Interment was held at Lacombe Fairview Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice. Condolences may be made through
