1922 - 2009
Mr. George D. Falconer of Rimbey, Alberta passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre - Area Two, Rimbey on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at the age of 86 years. George was born in Victoria, B.C. on December 24, 1922. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his daughter, Lori (Ken) Hale of Bluffton; his grandson, Greg McLeod of Ponoka; and his step-grandson, Skye Hale of Bluffton; as well as numerous nieces and nephews on Vancouver Island, B.C. George was predeceased by his wife, Ella in 1981; in addition to all his brothers and sisters. With respect for George's wishes, no formal Funeral Service will be held. Cremation took place at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer. If friends desire, memorial tributes in George's Memory may be made directly to the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre - Long Term Care, Box 440, Rimbey, Alberta T0C 2J0.
