PATTEN
Gregory "Greg" E.H. Patten of Winfield, Alberta passed away following a lengthy illness at the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the age of 59 years.
Greg will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife, Christine; his two sons, Darcy (Victoria) Patten of Edmonton; and Dale Lalonde (Candace) of Drayton Valley; and his two daughters, Meghan (Rob) Clarke of Breton; and Shelby (Micah) Bend of Edmonton; as well as five cherished grandchildren. He will also be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his parents, Joan and Ted Patten of Winfield; his two brothers, Michael (Marilyn) Patten of Lougheed; and Tim (Marlene) Patten of Winfield; in addition to his nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
A Public Memorial Service in Celebration of Greg's Life was held at the Winfield Community Centre, Winfield on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Gooderham officiating. Cremation took place at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer.
