HAYDEN
Mr. Harold John Hayden of Rimbey, Alberta passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, Rimbey on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the age of 93 years. Harold will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his beloved wife of 63 years, Pat; his two sons, Rod (Charlene) Hayden of Calgary and their children, Kyle Hayden of Red Deer and Kimberley (Brian) Parczen of Calgary; and Ernie (Loretta) Hayden of Sugarland, Texas; and his daughter, Vicky (Lorne) Bingeman of Ponoka; as well as two cherished great grandchildren, Jacinda and Gabriel. He will also be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his sister, Jean Wright of Ponoka; in addition to other relatives and many friends. Harold was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Nora; his son, Joseph; one brother, Robert; and one sister, Kathleen Giroux.
A Public Anglican Funeral Service in Celebration of Harold's Life was held at St. Margaret's Catholic Church, Rimbey on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend David Holmes and the Reverend Father Peter Sharpe presiding. Interment followed in the Mount Auburn Cemetery, Rimbey. If friends desire, memorial tributes in Harold's Memory may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, #202, 5913 - 50 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta T4N 4C4; or to the charity of one's choice.
