NOBLE

Ms. Jennifer “Jenny” Dawn Noble of Rimbey, Alberta passed away suddenly at Rimbey on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at the age of 17 years.

On November 2, 1990, the Noble family and the community were blessed with the arrival of a healthy, happy, 7 lb, 20 inch baby girl named, Jennifer Dawn. Jenny spent all her life on the farm east of Rimbey with her numerous four-legged friends. She loved her cats, Jasmine and Brandy, her dogs, Buddy and Mia, as well as the sheep, that all had to be named! Jenny wasn’t much of a competitive athlete, but she enjoyed one-on-one basketball with her dad, cross-country skiing with her mom, skidooing, skating, puzzles, reading and golfing with the new clubs she bought last year. Her main loves, besides her family and her animals, was that of her friends and school, and the magic of Disney and Winnie the Pooh. Jenny also treasured her annual trips to the mountains, hiking to Siffleur and Crescent Falls. She loved life … and everything about it! Jenny could brighten a room with her smile and her personality. Her compassion, and when necessary, her humorous side, brought out the best in everyone. Jenny may have left us physically … but her memory will live on with everyone who had the pleasure to know her. Keep her close to your heart …

Jenny will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her parents, Jim and Donna Noble; her paternal grandfather, Don Noble; and her maternal grandparents, Peter and Isabella Dobranski, all of Rimbey. She will also be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her aunt, Karen (Keith) Kreil of Winfield; her three uncles, Wayne Noble of Rimbey; Ken (Cheryl) Noble of Blackfalds; and David (Geri) Dobranski of Calgary; as well as numerous cousins and other relatives; and many cherished friends. Jenny was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Evelyn Noble; and her aunt, Laurel Noble.

A Public Memorial Service in Celebration of Jenny’s Life will be held today, Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Rimbey Community Centre, Rimbey with the Reverend Deborah Laing officiating. Cremation took place at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer.
