John Keegstra of Rimbey went to be with His Lord & Savior on February 7, 2021 at the age of 86. John was born in Vulcan, AB on March 30, 1934 to Klaas & Anna Keegstra.
John was united in marriage to Joan Harder on July 1, 1957 and they had 5 children.
John loved his family, farming & animals. He worked as a mechanic and eventually he was able to realize his dream of having a dairy & lived on the farm until his passing.
John is survived by his wife Joan, his brother Bob (Grace); his children, Deb(Ken) Edwards, Michael (Linda), Brian, Marjory Olson & Jeanett; 5 grandchildren John, Stephanie, Joshua, Jessica & Joel & 8 great grandchildren. Also many other family members who were close to him.
He was predeceased by his parents, 3 sisters & 2 brothers, grandson Mark Edwards & son in law Bruce Olson.
