MONTEITH
Mrs. Judeth M. Monteith of Rimbey, Alberta passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre, Red Deer on Monday, June 23, 2008 at the age of 80 years.
Judeth will be lovingly remembered by her beloved husband of 60 years, Clifford; her four sons, David (Cely) Monteith of Carvel, Alberta; Dwaine (Pat) Monteith of Breton; Terry (Valerie) Monteith of Whitehorse, Yukon Territory; and Tim (Deb) Monteith of Kelowna, B.C.; and her two daughters, Ann (Dorda) Landry of Vernon, B.C.; and Aileen (Wes) Poffenroth of North Battleford, Saskatchewan. She will also be lovingly remembered by seventeen grandchildren and twenty – eight great grandchildren; as well as her brother, John Berge of Red Deer. Judeth was predeceased by both of her parents, Anna and Johan Berge; her grandson, Jeffrey; two brothers, Sev and Art; and three sisters, Aileen, Anna, and baby sister, Josephine.
A Public Memorial Service in Celebration of Judeth’s Life was held at the Rimbey United Church, Rimbey on Friday, June 27, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend Deborah Laing officiating. Interment followed in the West Haven Cemetery, Rimbey. Cremation took place at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer.
