Laura Emily Nagy of Rimbey, Alberta passed away peacefully at the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre on Monday, October 23, 2017 at the age of 87 years.
Laura will be forever remembered and sadly missed by her loving children: her three sons, Len (Doreen) Nagy of Calgary; Ken (Shirley) Nagy of Busby, Alberta; and Ron (Pat) Nagy of Edmonton; and her daughter, Lue-Ann (Dieter) Lohmann of Hoadley. She will also be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by two brothers, Lucien (Verna) Le Roy, and Paul (Rita) Le Roy; one sister, Betty (Ken) Doyle; and a special brother-in-law, Francis (Julie) Nagy, all of Saskatchewan; in addition to several treasured grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and numerous cherished friends.
Laura was predeceased by her beloved husband, Bill in 2003; her daughter-in-law, Carol Nagy; her granddaughter, Jennifer; as well as other additional brothers and sisters.
A Public Memorial Service in Celebration of Laura's Life will be held at the Hoadley Community Hall, Hoadley on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with the Reverend Father Peter Sharpe officiating. Laura will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, Bill at a later date in the Hoadley Cemetery, Hoadley.
