Grundy, Lexi Jade, 16, of Bridgetown formerly of Salt Spring Island, B.C. and Rimbey, A.B. Lexi went to heaven December 24, 2008 from the QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax, our little angel now has her wings. Born in Rimbey, Alberta she was the daughter of Michael and Angela (Brown) Grundy.
Lexi’s sweet soul and kind heart touched everybody she knew very deeply. She had a great love for her sisters and her mom and dad. Lexi recently found another great love and that was Andrew. Lexi loved her kitty Endora and would play for hours with her. Lexi also had some very close friends along with her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins that will deeply feel her absence. Lexi loved life and everything about it.
Besides her parents she is survived by sisters; Brittany of Salt Spring Island, B.C., Chanel and Mikhaela both at home, paternal grandparents Tom & Judy Grundy of Salt Spring Island, B.C., maternal grandmothers; Eve Brown of Edmonton and Bernice Brown of Alberta.
Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 27, 2008 with Rev. Barry Aitken officiating from the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Bridgetown.
