After losing her private battle to cancer, Linda Vinten ( Nee Hansen) passed away at the Rimbey Healthcare Centre on Monday, April 1st 2018 at the age of 76 years.

Linda May was the middle child of the late John and Wilma Hansen of Rimbey. She was born on May 30, 1941.

Linda enjoyed working for Allen Olsen at his sale site and farm sales for over 30 years. She also worked at Centreline Auto Service for over 15 years, the Auction Mart for quite awhile and she worked with her special Ed Paull, for many years before he passed away ( West Country Livestock & West Wind Trucking) .

Linda loved to play Bingo, do crossword puzzles, read books, make 1000 piece puzzles and puttering in her yard with her flowers and trees. She also really enjoyed getting together with friends and family at the Grand Hotel for lunch or coffee.

Linda will be lovingly remembered by her 2 daughters, Debbie (Jerry) Moos of Eckville, and Denise ( Ken) Vinten of Hoadley. Linda was a Grandma to Nathan (Haley) Geddert of Red Deer, Lindsay (Jesse) Holmen of Eckville, Trevor Latimer of Sylvan Lake, and Emily Moos of Eckville. She was also a Great - Grandma to Adalynn and Nixon Holmen of Eckville.

Linda leaves behind 1 older sister, Jean Zelasek of Ponoka and 1 younger brother Bill (Kelly) Hansen of Rimbey and their family.
