Mallie (Leila Madeline) Thill passed away quietly in the Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre/Long Term Care, on Sunday April 3, 2016 at the age of 94. The Thill family wishes to thank the staff at Long Care Area Two (2) for their compassionate and mindful care.
Mallie is survived by her children: Cheryl, (Dave) Anderson; Dallas (Irene) Thill, Nadyne (Roy) Knopp; and by five grand children and eleven great-grandchildren
Mallie was predeceased by her husband Fred, and her sisters and their spouses Ilah (Alfred) Thill, Blanche (Dick) Hoag.
Mallie was born, and lived in Rimbey for her entire 94 years. Her life was rich and marked with joy in family, community, music, games and gardening,
Celebration of Mallie's life will be held at the Rimbey United Church on April 16th at 11:00 AM with Reverend Deborah Laing officiating. Interment will follow in the West Haven Cemetery.
