1921-2020 ~ Margaret Augusta Unger passed away on Sept. 26, 2020 in the Rimbey Hospital at the age of 98 years.
Margaret met and later married William Aldin Unger on June 28, 1941 and became a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. In war years her and Bill lived in Chilliwack moved to Calgary in 1945. In 1947 they moved to Galloway, B.C. and in 1957 to Rimbey, AB. where they farmed for 18 years. When the farm was sold, they moved to Red Deer for 18 years.
When Bill passed away Mom moved back and forth between Red Deer and Rimbey and eventually moved into the Rimbey Valley View Manor where she resided for the past 6 years, until her passing. Mom was greatly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
She will be missed by her cherished children; Madeline (Delbert) Jordan, Doug (Sherry) Unger and Beverly (Gerald) Jordan; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
Margaret was predeceased by her husband, William in 1988, her parents, Edward and Elizabeth Clough; a sister Alida Westman and her great grandchild, Kit Jordan. If you desire donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
